A senior information systems executive with a proven record leading digital transformation, enterprise application management and core-systems modernisation — across the public sector, academia and industry.
My specialism is aligning technology initiatives with business goals: building the technology roadmap and defining success metrics (KPIs), managing cyber and IT risk, and embedding AI and data solutions into the organisation’s core processes.
Alongside management I lecture and mentor — I founded and led the Projects & Industry Collaboration Center at HIT, guided hundreds of student projects from requirements specification through to POC, and delivered courses and lectures in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and North Macedonia.
And in parallel — research. My doctoral work at KhAI develops a model and method for assessing information systems quality from an organisational perspective: turning the question “does this system actually work for the organisation?” into something measurable.
